Absolutely great experience with Dr. Fredrickson and his staff. Like many others I had anxiety about going. The Dr. was remarkable! Made me at ease and spoke to me thru the process. A true professional who genuinely cares. Highly recommended!

Wow, very pleased with my first initial visit with Dr. Fredrickson. I felt like he genuinely cared about my oral health, asking me questions giving me recommendations. And I loved how he explained things in detail to help me understand the full picture on a topic. Definitely would recommend and refer others here!

I needed a crown recemented . My dentist was off for spring break and I called over 6 dentists to find Dr. Fredrickson. Other dentist said they were too busy or they don't touch other dentist's crown work , or off for spring break also. Having one of my front teeth missing was a huge deal; because as a pharmacist I can't avoid people. I had tried a denture adhesive but it came it out during a consult. I was going to try to wait till my dentist returned but I was getting concerned that my crown was not fitting as well. Dr Fredrickson and his staff were very nice to get me in so fast. I called at 3:30 pm and was told how fast can I get there. I ended up keeping his staff way past normal closing time. Dr. Fredrickson did a great job and told me what to expect, how that I would probably need other procedures later if it came out again. He knew I was probably not going to get any other work done there and I felt no pressure to have to come back. I believe he is an unsung hero for his compassion and caring.

Told me about future potential needs if ever came off again, because a dentist in Sterling ,Ill left me with reduced tooth after going in for veneers, His staff was also very nice because they all had to stay late.

Friendly and caring Dental services. From Nicey who will do the insurance paperwork, Jonathon one of the main dental assistants who has jokes to keep you from being nervous, and Dr. Fredrickson who will work until the job is done right even if that means staying later than planned. They are always friendly, professional and caring what's not to love about a dental team that provides all of that to their patients!

I found Dr. Fredrickson because he took my Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance. I went in for a cleaning and fillings. His wife Neicey runs the desk. They are extremely nice and personable. Last time I went in for a cleaning I had some hard to remove dark unexplained stains on my front teeth. They do whitening there and suggested that, but Dr. Fredrickson worked on my teeth until the stains (which were very dark) were completely gone! I left the office much more confident of my smile, needless to say. I had a couple of soft spots and he got me in right away at a time that fit my schedule, even though it was after his regular hours at that location. Highly recommended.

My husband, 13 year old, 4 year old, and I all have seen Dr. Fredrickson and his staff for several visits now. We're usually in and out in a very timely manner; staff are all so friendly, Dr. Fredrickson and the hygienist all spend ample time with patients and are thorough. The ONE time he was running behind, he came out and personally apologized. They're also great with young children- my 4 year old loves them!

cannot begin to tell you how pleased we were with our experience with Dr Fredrickson. I would recommend to anyone. I think we have found a new dental home.

I really like the friendliness and timeliness of my service. I had a 9:30 appointment and I was in and out by 10 am. She really cleaned deep on all 4 quadrants of my teeth.

The Dr spent a lot of time for an adjustment in order to get it right . This was above and beyond, great service
